WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

My shop is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

For all international orders, please visit our ETSY SHOP.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Current processing times are 1–2 weeks. Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to process your order.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that mail delays may occur. These estimates are for after the product has shipped and do not include the processing time.

 

US Domestic orders: allow 1–2 weeks

International orders: allow 4–6+ weeks

 

I’D LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

If your item HAS NOT shipped yet and is not a preorder, I am happy to cancel and refund your order. [For more about preorders, please refer to preorder section at the bottom of the page.]

 

I’D LIKE TO ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER.

Before you place another order, please contact me @ [email protected]! This way, you won’t be charged twice for shipping. However, if you’re worried an item will sell out before I get back to you, then please go ahead and place another order and just shoot me a message after.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?

Non-flat items are sent in bubble poly mailers.

Stickers/prints are sent in envelopes with a card or cardboard backing.

If stickers are ordered along with either buttons or charms, they will be sent in the bubble mailers as well!

 

WHAT IS THE STORE’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

I DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges.

 

MY PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED IN THE MAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the item you received is defective, please send me an email @ [email protected] within 14 business days [2 weeks] from the ship date. We cannot assist you after that timeframe.

 

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET / MY ORDER IS LOST!

Geekipop Studio is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are responsible for your package only up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.

 

We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.

 

We are unable to track untracked sticker-mail and are not responsible for lost orders. For untracked sticker mail, we are able to re-send your order ONE time.

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT AN ITEM IS MISSING.

Please send me an email with your name and order number, along with a picture of your package and we’ll get things sorted out.

PREORDER INFORMATION

 

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

Preorders are orders sold before the item is available.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PREORDER?

This will vary preorder to preorder. For most items, it will take a few months for production, shipment, and order fulfillment. Though some acrylic items can be dispatched within 1–2 months, please expect to wait 3–5 months for the majority of preorders.

 

MY ORDER HAS BOTH PREORDER AND NON-PREORDER ITEMS. HOW WILL SHIPPING WORK?

If your order contains both preorder and non-preorder items, ALL items will ship with the preorder. If you would like to get non-preorder items earlier, please place a separate order!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

Cancellations are NOT available for preorders as the funds are immediately used to pay for the production costs. Please be sure of the commitment before purchasing.
